Opening of Vinh University student volleyball tournament

The student volleyball tournament is a traditional activity organized annually by the Youth Union - Student Association to create a useful sports playground attracting a large number of young union members to participate, contributing to improving physical strength and health, effectively implementing the campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho" and the slogan "Healthy to study, work, build and protect the Fatherland".

This student volleyball tournament gathered 13 male teams and 13 female teams from the Overseas Students Group and other groups in Vinh University. The tournament consisted of 4 groups, officially opening from the evening of March 9 to the end of March 26, 2018.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dr. Thieu Dinh Phong - Secretary of Vinh University Youth Union hoped that the athletes would compete with all their might in a noble sportsmanship spirit, giving the audience fierce and beautiful football moves.

The referee team will work accurately and fairly; the fans will cheer for the players in an exciting and enthusiastic manner, showing the true character of Vinh University students.
