Opening Ceremony of the 2014 Traditional Volleyball Tournament

(Baonghean.vn) - To practically celebrate the 68th anniversary of the traditional day of the People's Security Force (July 12, 1946 - July 12, 2014) and the 52nd anniversary of the traditional day of the People's Police Force (July 20, 1962 - July 20, 2014), on the morning of July 18, 2014, Vinh City Police Department inaugurated the traditional volleyball tournament for the entire unit in 2014.

Police officers from various wards and teams were divided into 6 groups, competing in a round-robin format to determine the first, second, and third place winners. This collaborative format resulted in fierce and exciting matches, attracting a large audience to watch and cheer. This activity is of practical significance in maintaining the sports and physical fitness movement, creating a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere, and encouraging officers to improve their health and better serve the regular work and combat requirements of the sector. The tournament took place over two days, July 18-19, 2014.
