The 26th Youth - Children's Football Tournament of Nghe An Newspaper Cup, 2024 is co-organized by Nghe An Newspaper, Nghe An Department of Culture and Sports, Nghe An Department of Education and Training and Song Lam Nghe An Football Joint Stock Company. The tournament is organized to create a useful playground for teenagers and children; encourage and motivate them to participate in training to improve health, strengthen physical strength, develop qualities; discover and train football talents for the province and the country.

This year's tournament takes place from June 6, 2024 to June 13, 2024; with the participation of 32 football teams (14 youth teams, 18 children's teams) from 21 districts, cities and towns, with 412 athletes.

Immediately after the opening ceremony, the first match for the youth age group took place between the Hoang Mai town Youth Team and the Hung Nguyen district Youth Team./.
