Opening of the 2021 Nghe An Province Militia and Self-Defense Law Competition
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 1, at Regiment 764, the Provincial People's Committee held the Opening Ceremony of the 2021 Nghe An Province Militia and Self-Defense Law Competition.
Attending the opening ceremony were Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Head of the Organizing Committee of the contest; Representatives of leaders of agencies of Military Region 4, the Provincial People's Committee and comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Military Command.
Participating in the 2021 Provincial Militia and Self-Defense Law Competition are 76 candidates who are Commanders.Military CommandDistricts, cities, towns, Commanders, Political Commissars, Deputy Commanders of Military Commands at commune, ward and town levels.

During the 2 days of August 1 and 2, 2021, the candidates will go through 2 exams including: General exam: Exam on legal awareness of DQTV in the form of multiple choice questions, K54 shooting and separate exams for each subject.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the contest, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Head of the Organizing Committee of the contest emphasized that the Militia and Self-Defense Force is the core force in performing the tasks of combat readiness, protecting security and order, preventing floods and storms, and search and rescue, making an important contribution to building a national defense, maintaining political security, order and social safety, and creating favorable conditions to promote the socio-economic development of the province.
The Military Law Competition has many contents, requires high requirements, and takes place at a time when the Covid-19 epidemic is complicated in the province. Therefore, in order for the organization of the competition to achieve its goals and requirements as planned, the Commander of the Provincial Military Command requires the organization process to be strict, objective, and serious. The contestants promote the spirit of solidarity, learn from each other, strive to achieve high results and fully implement measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic according to regulations, ensuring absolute safety.
