Opening Ceremony of the 2013 Provincial Competition for Self-Made Vocational Training Equipment
On the morning of June 12th, at the Vocational College of Economics, Industry, and Handicrafts, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs held the opening ceremony of the 2013 Provincial Competition for Self-Made Vocational Training Equipment. Attending the event were representatives from the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, various departments and agencies, and a large number of teachers and students from universities, vocational colleges, vocational secondary schools, and vocational training centers throughout the province.

Overview of the opening ceremony of the competition
Based on the selections from the grassroots-level competition, this year's provincial-level vocational training equipment competition features 47 entries from 9 vocational training institutions in the province, covering various fields such as welding, industrial electricity, domestic electricity, automotive technology, electronics and information technology, etc.
This is a triennial event aimed at harnessing the intellectual potential and creativity of staff, teachers, and students in creating their own vocational training equipment. It provides an opportunity for teachers to exchange and learn from each other's experiences in inventing and improving teaching equipment. This, in turn, promotes the self-made equipment movement and enhances the use of equipment in vocational training institutions.
A device submitted to the competition by the Vietnam-Germany Technical Vocational College.
The competition will take place over two days, June 12-13. The best devices will be selected to participate in the 4th National Competition for Self-Made Vocational Training Equipment, scheduled to be held in Khanh Hoa in September 2013.
