Opening Ceremony of the 2015 Reserve Officer Training Course at Company Level

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 4th, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command held the opening ceremony for the 2015 reserve officer training course at the company level. The course is attended by 48 reserve officers from units under the Military Commands of three provinces: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, and Ha Tinh.

Over a period of 30 days, the trainees will study and receive training according to the program of the Ministry of National Defense and Military Region 4 on supplementary training for reserve officers at the company level, including basic military and political content.

The refresher course aims to enhance the political acumen, sense of responsibility, tactical and technical skills, combat readiness, and mobilization readiness of reserve officers; providing a foundation for commanding, managing, and training reserve mobilization units to meet the requirements of national defense in the new situation.
