Opening of the training course for Youth Union officials in agencies and enterprises of Nghe An province in 2023

Attending the training course, on the side of the Central Youth Union, there was comrade Vu Thi Tuyet Mai - Member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Youth Union's Organizing Committee; On the side of the Provincial Youth Union, there was comrade Le Van Luong - Member of the Central Youth Union Standing Committee, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union. Also attending the conference were comrades: Tran Quang Hoa - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee; Chu Ba Long - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Agencies Bloc Party Committee and comrades in the Standing Committee, representatives of the Committees, Office of the Business Bloc Party Committee, Provincial Agencies Bloc Party Committee, Provincial Business Bloc Youth Union, Provincial Agencies Bloc Youth Union.

At the class, the students listened to the following topics: Instructions on some contents on the work of building the Youth Union, the Youth Union participating in Party building; some notes in implementing the integration of the Youth Union Member Management Software and the application of Vietnamese youth, discussed and conveyed by comrade Vu Thi Tuyet Mai - Deputy Head of the Central Youth Union Organizing Committee; some orientations on social information in the current period and training on behavioral culture, communication skills, planning skills, and improving foreign language skills for union members and youth in the process of international integration, shared by comrade Ngo Cong Manh - Head of the General Information Department, Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

In recent years, the care and training of professional skills for the Youth Union staff in the Bloc has been one of the issues that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union of Agencies and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union of Enterprises have paid special attention to. In particular, after the Youth Union Congresses at all levels, the Youth Union staff has undergone strong changes.

Organizing training conferences aims to supplement and update new knowledge and skills on professional work of the Youth Union. At the same time, the training course is also an opportunity for grassroots Youth Union officials to exchange experiences, good practices, and creativity in Youth Union work and youth movements at the grassroots level, creating cohesion for the development of Youth Union activities and youth movements, contributing to promoting production and business activities of enterprises.
