Opening of the 12th Vietnam Poetry Day in Nghe An
(Baonghean) - On the night of February 17, in Vinh City, the 12th Vietnam Poetry Day in Nghe An was solemnly held with the participation of many artists, poets and poetry lovers in the province.
Comrade Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended and beat the drum to open the poetry night. Previously, within the framework of the Poetry Day program, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association successfully organized a poetry exhibition and discussion on "Nghe An Poetry" with practical and meaningful content.

After the welcome performance and opening ceremonies, Ho Chi Minh's poem "Number Lantern Festival" was played again to open the main content of the poetry night program.
Sticking to the main theme “Spring of the country from Dien Bien to Truong Sa” of Vietnam Poetry Day 2014, the Organizing Committee of the poetry night focused on exchanging and presenting poetry works praising the traditions of the homeland, national pride before the need to protect the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland and expressing the love of poetry in the spiritual life imbued with Nghe culture.
