Opening of the preparatory session of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of July 22, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies held a preparatory session for the 20th Congress of Delegates, term 2020 - 2025.
Attending the congress were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Nguyen Nam Dinh - Secretary of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee, Cao Thi Hien - Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; 250 delegates representing party members of 64 grassroots party organizations in the entire Party Committee.

The preparatory session of the Congress carried out the following contents: Electing the Presidium of 5 comrades, the Secretariat of 2 comrades, the Delegate Qualification Examination Committee of 5 comrades; discussing and agreeing on the program, regulations, and rules of the Congress.

The Congress discussed and commented on the draft Report synthesizing opinions of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies on the Political Report, Personnel Project of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025 and Documents of the 13th National Party Congress.
According to the report of the Presidium presented at the Congress, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies has issued Instruction No. 19-HD/DUK dated March 12, 2020 on organizing discussions and synthesizing comments on draft documents of the 13th National Congress of the Party.
At the grassroots Party Congress, with an atmosphere of lively, frank and responsible discussion, there were more than 3,000 comments from cadres and party members from grassroots Party cells and committees.

The report contributing to the draft Political Report of the 19th Provincial Party Congress shows that most delegates agreed with and highly appreciated the draft Political Report.
The opinions were unanimous and highly agreed with the structure and content of the document. The report was carefully and seriously prepared, the structure of the report was scientific and reasonable, the content had many new points; the data was complete, including many general data and information of the whole country in the footnotes for comparison to clarify issues when analyzing and evaluating.
On the results of 5 years of implementing the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2015 - 2020. On the direction, viewpoints, development goals until 2025, main tasks and solutions for the term 2020 - 2025.

In particular, comments on key tasks and development breakthroughs were given, with most opinions agreeing with the entire content of key tasks and development breakthroughs. However, it is necessary to identify and emphasize more factors such as administrative reform, investment attraction, information technology infrastructure, digital transformation; building Vinh City into a smart city, and key economic zones.
Regarding priority, most opinions suggested keeping the priority order of development breakthroughs as in the draft.

The 20th Congress of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, term 2020 - 2025, worked for 1.5 days on July 22 - 23, 2020 with important contents: Approval of the Political Report submitted to the Congress; Review report of the 19th Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Bloc, term 2015 - 2020.
The Congress will elect the 20th Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies for the 2020-2025 term; and elect a delegation to attend the 19th Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.
