Responding to the fact that Khanh Son commune conducted a bidding for households to exploit and trade water, according to an official of Nam Dan district, because many people in the area and in the 5 Nam area prefer Khe Kep underground water source, there was a situation of fighting over water, chaos, and sometimes disorder. Therefore, Khanh Son commune let a household in the area take the contract, taking the funds to carry out the work of ensuring security and order (?!).
