Free exploitation of documents on the National Database of Laws

(Baonghean.vn) – On the morning of October 15, the Ministry of Justice held an online conference to disseminate and implement Decree 52/2015/ND-CP on the National Database of Laws. Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Khanh Ngoc chaired the conference.

At Nghe An bridge, comrade Hoang Quoc Hao, Director of the Department of Justice chaired. Also attending were representatives of the Department of Information and Communications and the office of the Provincial People's Committee.

Overview of the conference to disseminate Decree 52 of the Government.

With the aim of building, managing, maintaining, updating and exploiting the national database of laws, on May 28, 2015, the Government issued Decree No. 52/2015 on the National Database of Laws. The Decree takes effect from July 20, 2015.

The National Legal Database ensures the right to access, exploit and use documents of organizations and individuals; ensures convenient searching and exploitation of documents. Agencies, organizations and individuals have the right to exploit and use documents on the National Legal Database for free.

Bridge point in Nghe An.

To ensure timely, unified and effective implementation of the content of Decree 52, the Ministry of Justice organized an online conference to disseminate and deploy it to 63 provinces and cities across the country.

The purpose is to equip the staff performing the task of updating documents of the Central and local levels with the skills to update legal documents and consolidated legal documents.

At the conference, leaders of the Departments: Information Technology, Administrative Procedure Control, and Legal Document Inspection (Ministry of Justice) introduced an overview of the national legal database system, the basic content of the Decree; the topic of implementing the publication of administrative procedures with the updating and use of legal documents on the national legal database...
