Expulsion from the Party of former hospital boss who had relationship with female nurse

Mr. Tran Van Minh, former Deputy Director of Thuong Xuan District General Hospital (Thanh Hoa) was expelled from the Party for having an improper relationship with a female nurse.

Mr. Vi Van Hung, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Thuong Xuan District Party Committee, said this afternoon that the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee had a meeting and unanimously agreed to expel Mr. Tran Van Minh from the Party due to "violating the law on marriage and family, violating moral qualities and lifestyle", which is something that Party members are not allowed to do.

According to Mr. Hung, after the final conclusion, the Standing Committee of Thuong Xuan District Party Committee met and proposed to remove all positions in the party including: Secretary of the Obstetrics Department Party Cell and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee (Thuong Xuan District General Hospital) for Mr. Tran Van Minh.

As reported, Mr. Tran Van Minh was accused of having an illicit relationship with Ms. Nguyen Thi L., a nurse at the same hospital, and was caught red-handed by Ms. L.'s husband.

At the authorities, Mr. Minh admitted to having sex with Ms. L. many times outside and in the hospital. Each time they had sex, Mr. Minh often took photos and recorded clips as souvenirs...

According to Ms. L., when she wanted to end this illicit relationship, Mr. Minh used a previously recorded "hot" clip to pressure her into continuing the relationship.

After the conclusion of the Inspection Committee of Thuong Xuan District Party Committee, on June 5, the Party cell of the Obstetrics Department, Thuong Xuan District General Hospital, held a meeting to vote on the disciplinary measure of expelling Mr. Tran Van Minh from the Party.

Then, on June 9, the Disciplinary Council of the Thanh Hoa Department of Health met and issued a disciplinary decision to remove Mr. Tran Van Minh from his position as Deputy Director of Thuong Xuan District General Hospital for the reason: "Violating the law on marriage and family, violating the performance of assigned duties, and abandoning his position while performing assigned duties".
