Expelled from the Party for military officers with 'impure sexual relations'
Female military officer, Ms. Le Thi Hoang Hoa, was expelled from the Party for lack of responsibility, lack of moral qualities, lifestyle, and 'impure male-female relationships'.
On the afternoon of December 30, the Inspection Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Committee announced that it had issueddecisionDiscipline in many forms against officials who make mistakes in management work or have improper male-female relationships.
Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to expel Ms. Le Thi Hoang Hoa (My Thoi Ward Military Party Cell, Long Xuyen City) from the Party for lack of moral qualities and lifestyle, having an impure relationship with a married man; violating the principles of Party organization and activities, and missing Party activities for 6 consecutive months.
In addition to disciplining Ms. Hoa, previously, at the 31st session held on December 17, this agency considered and disciplined Mr. La Tuan Minh (Member of the City Party Committee, Party member of the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Chau Doc City, former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Head of the Urban Management Department) with the form of Reprimand and consideration; disciplined Mr. Nguyen Hoang Son (Member of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Chau Doc City, former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh My 2 Ward) with the form of Warning. During his tenure as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh My Ward, Mr. Son was irresponsible, failed to prevent and promptly handle violations of land management and use within his responsibility, allowing illegal construction of houses on public land and agricultural land; violated the provisions of the law on land and finance.
In addition, Mr. Pham Vinh Thao (Standing Committee Member, Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Chairman of the Long Xuyen City Fatherland Front Committee) was disciplined with a warning. Mr. Thao lacked exemplary behavior in cultivating and training moral qualities and lifestyle, had an impure male-female relationship, and did not comply with the Party and State's regulations on asset and income declaration.

The Secretariat decided to discipline a number of individuals and groups that violated the law.
