(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of April 29th, at the Ruby Star Beach Quynh Resort, Quynh Luu district, in coordination with Quynh Nghia commune, held the opening ceremony for Quynh beach tourism in 2015.

Attending the event were: Ms. Dinh Thi Le Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Ho Ngoc Sy - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Mr. Ho Phuc Hop - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; and Mr. Pham Van Tan - Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

Quynh Luu district possesses significant potential and advantages for developing coastal tourism, boasting over 19.5 km of coastline. It is also blessed with long, beautiful beaches, and a combination of rivers and mountains, creating an attractive tourist destination for visitors from all over.

From Quynh Nghia beach, along the ecological road to the coastal communes of Quynh Minh, Quynh Bang, etc., there are many wide, clean and beautiful beaches; and a system of restaurants and eateries that meet the standards to welcome and serve thousands of tourists.

In conjunction with tourism, Quynh Luu is also a locality with many historical relics, including 14 national-level relics and 15 provincial-level relics. Along with that, the convenient transportation system connecting from National Highway 1A to the coastal area has created potential for developing beach tourism.

Notably, in April 2015, the Ruby Star Beach Quynh Resort, located on Quynh Nghia beach, was officially inaugurated. This is a large-scale project with a total construction area of ​​68,500 m2 and an estimated total cost of 250 billion VND.

Currently, phase 1 of the project is underway, including items such as a beach over 3km long; 16 secluded bungalows meeting 4-star standards; a 20,000 m2 restaurant area serving food to tourists; a children's playground; service centers; a spa and wellness center… with a budget of nearly 70 billion VND.

In the future, the resort will continue to complete its construction, building high-class entertainment, recreation, and relaxation facilities to serve approximately 2,000 people.

Following the opening speech, Comrade Hoang Danh Lai - Chairman of the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district - beat the drum to officially launch the Quynh Luu Beach Tourism Year 2015.
