Launching the Project Information Page for 600 Vice-Chairmen of Communes
On June 24th, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Interior and the Government's Electronic Information Portal officially launched the Project 600 Information Page (Project to strengthen 600 Deputy Chairmen of communes) on the Internet at the following address:http://www.duan600.vn.
With 8 sections, the newly launched Project 600 Information Page will serve as a bridge to disseminate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, provide official project documents, and be a forum for team members to exchange experiences in their roles as Vice Chairmen of communes.

Readers, as well as project members, can access this page to learn about the movements and activities of the Youth Union in general, contributing to socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security, and to find information about the work, lives, and needs of project members in particular.

According to Mr. Nguyen Dang Minh, Director of the Project Management Board for the 600 Vice Chairmen of Communes, the Project 600 Information Page will actively contribute to the dissemination of information about the activities of the 600 Vice Chairmen of Communes. Readers near and far will gain a better understanding of the work of these young newly appointed Vice Chairmen of Communes. On the same day, the Ministry of Interior held the Opening Ceremony of the training course to enhance knowledge of state management and skills for all members of Project 600 Deputy Chairmen of communes.
The training course took place from June 24-27, covering five topics: Economic development in the commune; Socio-cultural development in the commune; Skills in organizing and conducting meetings of the Commune People's Committee; Planning and implementation skills for the Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee; and Some policies and regulations for commune officials.
The above content is based on the results of testing and evaluating the performance of team members, combined with a survey on the knowledge needs for further training for Project team members after they take on their assignments.

This training course will provide participants with general management knowledge, specifically on state management at the commune level, as well as address typical situations that frequently occur in the practical management and operation of the work of the Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee at the local level. This will help participants grasp and effectively apply the knowledge in their work.
This is also an opportunity for team members to exchange and learn from experiences across different regions, supplementing their knowledge, lessons, and best practices to apply in their own localities.
Speaking at the Opening Ceremony, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Tien Dinh, Head of the Steering Committee for Project 600, commended the achievements made in Phase I of the Project.
"The 580 team members currently serving as Vice Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes in 63 poor districts have become familiar with the work of Vice Chairmen of communes and have implemented many socio-economic development projects, fulfilling their assigned tasks and receiving recognition and high praise from local Party committees, authorities, and the people," the Deputy Minister affirmed.
