Opening of Saigon-Kim Lien Tourism-Hotel Vocational Training Center

(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the cooperation program to develop human resources for Nghe An tourism industry in the period of 2014 - 2018, on the morning of November 1, in Vinh City, Saigon Kim Lien Tourism - Hotel Vocational Training Center held the opening ceremony of the first course.

Attending the event were Ms. Dinh Thi Le Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of Saigon - Kim Lien Joint Stock Company, representatives of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Tourism Association, Tourism Promotion Center and 40 students of the first course of the Center.

Saigon Kim Lien Joint Stock Company cooperated with Saigontourist College of Tourism and Hotel to establish Saigon - Kim Lien Vocational Training Center for Tourism and Hotel, specializing in elementary training in tourism and hotel services (3 months) including the following professions: reception, restaurant; housekeeping, kitchen.

At the end of the course, students will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills of each profession, and have enough confidence and capacity to work in hotels and restaurants according to international standards.

This is also an opportunity for students to find jobs after graduation. In particular, these first students will have the opportunity to stay and work at the Saigon Kim Lien hotel system nationwide and be the human resource for training the following professional courses of the Center.
