Over nearly two days of work, the campaign attracted a large number of women of all ages, many of whom were learning about this dangerous disease for the first time. The free HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) screening and early detection program at the Quynh Van commune health station was sponsored by the Department of Health in collaboration with a German cooperation organization. More than 600 women of childbearing age in Quynh Van commune received thorough and enthusiastic examinations from experienced doctors to detect the presence of HPV. Those suspected of having the disease underwent tests and microscopic examination to determine the stage of the disease before being referred for treatment at the provincial hospital.

In addition, people who come for examinations also receive free advice on information related to HPV, sexually transmitted infections, vaginal infections, and access to knowledge about cancer prevention through leaflets and documents distributed directly to participants.
Quynh Van is known to have the highest birth rate and the highest rate of third births in Quynh Luu district. On average, 300 to 400 children are born each year. Many families have unplanned pregnancies, having 3 to 5 children. Currently, the commune has approximately 2,400 women of childbearing age. Due to difficult living conditions, the busy schedule of caring for children, and feelings of embarrassment, many women have never had access to reproductive health care. This campaign is very meaningful in helping women improve their knowledge of reproductive health and prevent dangerous gynecological diseases.
