Free medical examination and medicine for wounded soldiers on July 27

(Baonghean.vn) - Towards the 68th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, July 27, on the morning of July 25, the Youth Union of Nghe An Tuberculosis and Lung Disease Hospital organized free medical examinations and medicine distribution for war invalids at the War Invalids Nursing Center and the Nghe An Mental Health Nursing Area.

Here, 150 wounded soldiers were examined and diagnosed by more than 35 doctors and nurses from the Nghe An Tuberculosis and Lung Hospital. After diagnosis, all wounded soldiers were given free medicine or their medical records were transferred to higher-level hospitals. At the same time, the organization provided consultation and guidance on care, nutrition, and exercise to ensure the health of the wounded soldiers.

The total value of this free medical examination and medicine distribution is over 20 million VND. The funding source is donated by hospital staff and doctors.
