Khanh Ngan unexpectedly crowned 'Miss Globe 2017'

In the final night of Miss Globe 2017 on the evening of November 3 in Albania, Khanh Ngan was unexpectedly crowned with the highest title. “What makes me happiest is that when I was crowned, all the contestants and everyone came to congratulate me and they were pleased with the result. I am still in a daze because I cannot believe that I have done something that I have never thought of before” - the beauty shared.

She also said that after winning the crown, she could not sleep because she was so happy and proud.

Before the contest, Khanh Ngan decided to participate quite hastily because she determined that she would go to "fight" to gain experience, preparing for the Miss World Tourism beauty pageant that she planned to attend. However, she did not expect that she would surpass 61 other international contestants to become the winner.

At the final night, Khanh Ngan stood out on stage thanks to her radiant beauty, confident demeanor and professional performance style. In the National Costume competition, thanks to her outfit inspired by the majestic image of Queen Nam Phuong, the Vietnamese representative received enthusiastic cheers from the audience.

Khanh Ngan revealed that before returning home, she will have an interview with Albanian national television, meet with the Albanian Mayor and relevant agencies.

Other Miss Globe titles awarded in the final night on November 3 include: 1st Runner-up Nelda Ibe (Philippines), 2nd Runner-up Elena Latypova (Siberia), 3rd Runner-up Alessia Çoku (Albania), 4th Runner-up Simone Heijligers (Cape Verde). Miss Globe is a long-standing contest and this is the 43rd year it has been held. Khanh Ngan is the first Vietnamese beauty to be crowned. Previously in 2011, Phan Thi Huong Giang was in the top 15 and won the title of 'Miss Online Vote'.

Khanh Ngan was born in 1994 and became popular with the public through the Miss Universe Vietnam 2015 and The Face 2016 contests. Earlier this year, she also won Miss Tourism 2017 thanks to her lovely face, well-proportioned body, and experienced stage presence.
