Inauguration of the project 'Lighting up the countryside roads' worth more than 300 million VND in Thanh Tung commune (Thanh Chuong)

The project was launched by Thanh Tung Commune People's Committee on December 2, 2024. After more than 10 days of launching, Thanh Tung Commune's campaign committee received the consensus and enthusiastic response of Thanh Tung's children near and far, along with the golden hearts from neighboring communes such as Thanh Lam, Thanh Ha, Thanh Giang and the children of the homeland living and working in Hanoi city with a total donation of over 350 million VND.

After a period of construction, the project "Lighting up the countryside roads", from the junction of Team 1, Thanh Ha Commune to Duong Ven, Hamlet 4, Thanh Tung Commune has been completed with a total route length of 4km.

The project consists of 115 solar-powered lampposts with national flags hanging on them. The total cost of the project is over 300 million VND.

The light from the project “Lighting up the Countryside” not only contributes to changing the appearance of the countryside, beautifying the village roads and alleys, but also contributes to maintaining security and order, limiting social evils, bringing a sense of safety and peace of mind to people when traveling at night. At the same time, the project also promotes socio-economic development by creating favorable conditions for travel and trade.

This is also one of the important criteria in building new rural areas, contributing to changing the appearance and improving the quality of life in rural areas. Moreover, the project is also a bond connecting the village and neighborhood, fostering pride in the homeland in each citizen.
