The traditional area is located in the Cu Chi Tunnels Historical Site, where outstanding leaders: Nguyen Van Linh, Tran Van Tra, Vo Van Kiet, To Ky... worked and fought during the war years; it was a solid rear base for the revolution. The project started on January 18, 2010, implemented by the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City with a total area of ​​13.5 hectares.
