(Baonghean.vn) -The Nghe An Provincial Police recently held a ceremony to announce the commendation decisions from the Minister of Public Security and the General Department of Administrative Police for Social Order and Security for collectives and individuals who have achieved outstanding results in the 10 years of implementing the nationwide fire prevention and control movement.

Awards will be given to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in fire prevention and control.

Nghe An province has a large number of units involved in the production, use, transportation, and storage of explosives compared to other provinces nationwide. Therefore, fire prevention and control, and the management and use of industrial explosives are important issues that the Nghe An Provincial Police, specifically the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, have focused on. They have regularly conducted awareness campaigns and organized training courses on fire prevention and control for individuals, units, and businesses in the province over the past period.

At the ceremony, 4 collectives received commendations from the Minister of Public Security, and 5 collectives and 10 individuals received certificates of merit from the General Department of Administrative Police for Social Order and Security for their outstanding achievements in fire prevention and control over the past 10 years of implementing the nationwide fire prevention and control movement, contributing to maintaining social order and security.
