At the 2023 "Luxshare ICT Singing - Singing Together" event of Luxshare ICT Nghe An Co., Ltd., everyone who attended was captivated by the incredibly vibrant atmosphere. At the 2022 year-end event of Minh Anh - Kim Lien Garment Joint Stock Company (Do Luong), thousands of workers, dressed in their uniforms, cheered enthusiastically as the MC introduced the General Director to give a speech. Without notes or a podium, the director spoke to his workers as if they were his own children and grandchildren, in a down-to-earth, simple, yet sincere manner. In response, the workers cheered and responded enthusiastically after each of their leader's remarks.
At the end of the event, holding the raffle prize in her hand, worker Nguyen Thi Nga shared: “I come from an agricultural background, and I was completely unfamiliar and bewildered by the company's assembly line production environment. But after only two years of working here, I feel like the company is my second home, an important part of me, and I want to dedicate myself completely to the company's success.” Ms. Nga also recited the company's achievements from the past year and its goals for the coming year.

I believe that trade unions play a crucial role in building and promoting corporate culture. Corporate culture is the unique identity of each enterprise, a link connecting the values of each individual. Trade unions, in turn, act as a bridge connecting employees and the enterprise. Through corporate culture activities or trade union activities, employees can easily feel the care and respect that the employer has for them, and enterprise leaders are more likely to agree with internal activities proposed by the trade union.
Mr. Quoc Viet - from the Corporate Culture Department (Luxshare ICT Nghe An Co., Ltd.) further shared: “To realize corporate culture and implement trade union activities, our company has organized diverse online and offline propaganda activities, rich in cultural and artistic themes, sports, welfare, and charity during holidays and Tet… Some programs such as writing letters about Vietnamese Family Day on June 18th, writing and taking photos of the company dormitory, Christmas photo contest, internal radio broadcast, Luxshare Radio – connecting emotions… have received positive reception, contributing to creative care both materially and spiritually for employees. I also simultaneously hold a role in the company's trade union executive committee, so coordination is very smooth.”

As the person directly responsible for bringing the company's corporate culture from Japan to train workers in Vietnam, Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen – Manager of MLB Tenergy Co., Ltd. (Yen Thanh) shared: “During the corporate culture development phase, I also served as the Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union. I found and exploited commonalities between corporate culture and the functions and tasks of the trade union organization.
