Mr. Ho Van Chiem:In my opinion, this competition is very meaningful, because Song Lam Nghe An is a football club with a rich tradition, a place for Nghe An people from all over to express their love for their homeland. Song Lam Nghe An is the pride of Nghe An people. In response to that affection, Song Lam Nghe An Club has also made miracles in football. That affection is gathered, creating a sparkling highlight in the vibrant colors of Vietnamese football. This competition will be a useful playground for fans to express their feelings and give suggestions for their hometown team.

Mr. Ho Van Chiem:I think that frank comments are very good for professionals. Even if there are some opinions that are a bit harsh, we still collect them to learn from them, to correct our way of doing things, and the way the players play. In football, there are countless situations, some of which are beyond our ability and desire. Accordingly, there are also different opinions, some based on emotions, some based on professional perspectives.

Because of the love, pride, and trust in the hometown team and the club's tradition, many fans think that if they are determined, Song Lam Nghe An will "win wherever they play". Therefore, there are matches where, when we lose, we receive a lot of criticism. I think it is also because of the love and responsibility for the hometown team that fans give us their opinions.

Mr. Ho Van Chiem: If a football team does not have fans, it is a "disaster". Fans are the spiritual support and strength for the team. In a football match, fans have a great impact on the fighting spirit of the players. For Song Lam Nghe An, Nghe An fans are always the spiritual support to cheer the team in both successful and difficult times. We always highly appreciate the enthusiasm and responsibility of many Nghe fans from all over the country, including overseas Vietnamese who have always accompanied Song Lam Nghe An.

Mr. Ho Van Chiem:The media plays a very important role in building the image and brand of the football team. The reviews, comments, opinions, and perspectives of the press have created psychological effects and impacts on football people in particular, sports in general, and fans and supporters. There is information that creates encouragement and motivation; there is information through which we gain more experience.
