Many experts share: Pedagogy still has its own attraction. In fact, many schools are still "thirsty" for pedagogical human resources and in the future, the rate of students having jobs after graduation will be higher.

Associate Professor Dr. Pham Manh Ha - Deputy Head of the Faculty of Educational Sciences (University of Education - VNU Hanoi) said: Many people say that teachers are unemployed after graduation, but many international schools in Hanoi are still in need of human resources. The Associate Professor said that he recently visited a number of international high schools in Hanoi and found that these schools are in great need of teachers who can use foreign languages.

“For example, Gateway International School has placed an order with the University of Education (VNU Hanoi) to train about 250 teachers of Natural Sciences and Social Sciences for them in 2 years. The foreign language requirement is IELTS 6.5. They will recruit with a salary of about 15 million VND/month. This shows that international schools are in great demand, and studying pedagogy still gives them the opportunity to have a job with a high income” - Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Manh Ha discussed.
