The social housing, townhouse and commercial service project is invested by Truong Thanh Company Limited. The project includes: a social housing area with an area of ​​944.3m2, 8 floors and 1 basement; a townhouse area with 8 lots and a commercial and sports service area with an area of ​​nearly 1,500m2. The total capital for the project is over 55 billion VND, of which the social housing area alone is expected to be completed and put into use in the second quarter of 2016.
