(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 22nd, in Vinh City, Truong Thanh Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for a project comprising social housing, townhouses, and commercial services.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were Comrade Huynh Thanh Dien – Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with representatives from various departments and agencies.

The social housing, townhouse, and commercial service project is invested by Truong Thanh Co., Ltd. The project includes: a social housing apartment complex with an area of ​​944.3 m2, 8 floors high and 1 basement; a townhouse complex consisting of 8 lots; and a commercial and sports service area with an area of ​​nearly 1,500 m2. The total capital for the project is over 55 billion VND, with the social housing area alone expected to be completed and put into use in the second quarter of 2016.

He also urged relevant agencies and departments to provide favorable conditions for the project so that it can be completed and put into operation soon, contributing to the economic and social development of the province.
