Construction of the road from Kem Ai to Huoi Moi started

(Baonghean.vn) - On November 27, Que Phong district organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the traffic route from Kem Ai village to Huoi Moi in Tri Le commune.

Tri Le is one of the four border communes of Que Phong district, with 10 villages inhabited by 100% Mong people, of which 8 villages are scattered along the border with Laos. These are the poorest villages of Que Phong district, without electricity or roads.

The project is expected to be completed 12 months after construction commences.

The Kem Ai - Huoi Moi road is part of the emergency evacuation project for natural disaster and particularly difficult areas in the border area of ​​Tri Le commune. The project is 1.9 km long, with the standard of a grade 6 mountainous road; the roadbed width is 6 m; the road surface is 3.5 m with a total investment of more than 9.9 billion VND, contracted by Dinh Trang Company Limited.

With the investment of the state, when completed, this route will create conditions to improve the lives of people in the region.
