Groundbreaking ceremony of 'Comrades' House' in Cat Van

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 4, Regiment 1 (Division 324) coordinated with the local Party Committee and government of Cat Van commune (Thanh Chuong) to start building a "Comrades' House" for Captain Tran Cong Hoa, a weapons officer of Battalion 1.

Comrade Tran Cong Hoa has a very difficult family situation, the family's economy depends mainly on his salary so he does not have the conditions to build a house.

Leaders of Regiment 1 and local authorities held a groundbreaking ceremony to build a comrades' house for Captain Tran Cong Hoa.

The comrade Tran Cong Hoa's house is a level 4 house (2 rooms, 3 bedrooms), with an area of ​​90m2, with a total construction cost of 250 million VND, of which the Ministry of National Defense allocated 70 million VND in cash from the "Comrades' House Fund" to the family; officers and soldiers of Regiment 1 supported 600 working days of construction. The house is expected to be completed before the 72nd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 2016).
