Construction of Kim Thi kindergarten started and the roofing of the 12-storey apartment building was completed.
(Baonghean.vn)- Kim Thi Real Estate Joint Stock Company is constructing two apartment buildings with more than 400 apartments and continues to invest more than 35 billion VND to build a kindergarten to serve people in the project area.
On June 8, Kim Thi Real Estate JSC held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Kim Thi Kindergarten and the topping-out ceremony for the 12-storey CT2 apartment building. Attending the ceremony were representatives from all levels and sectors in the province and local businesses, along with a large number of people.

After the success of the social housing project CT1 building, 15 floors high on Phan Boi Chau street - Vinh city, including 238 apartments (more than 70% of home buyers were able to borrow capital from the 3,000 billion package with a preferential interest rate of 5% and a loan term of 15 years according to the state's preferential policy for low-income people), Kim Thi Real Estate Joint Stock Company continues to implement the social housing project CT2 building.

After a period of construction with many efforts of the investor, contractors and especially the attention of the authorities, departments and branches, up to now, the 12-storey CT2 building has basically completed the rough construction. CT2 building consists of 165 apartments, of which the apartments have an area of 61.60m22; 65.02m2; 65.16m2; 67.19m2; 67.20m2; 72.78m2.

To speed up the progress and create favorable conditions for customers, the Company has cooperated with Agribank, BIDV, PVcombank, SCB bank, SHB Bank, HD Bank... to support customers in borrowing capital when buying apartments at the project. It is expected that in the first quarter of 2018, Kim Thi Real Estate Joint Stock Company will complete the project and hand over the houses to customers (3 months ahead of schedule).

To meet the needs of the people in the project, Kim Thi Real Estate Joint Stock Company decided to invest in a kindergarten with a scale of 5 floors on a construction area of 730m2. The project has a total investment of 35 billion VND and is built synchronously and modernly. From the 1st to 3rd floors are classrooms for children, the 4th floor is an indoor playground with equipment and toys for children that meet international standards, the 5th floor is functional rooms and kitchen, hall system serving the school.
At the ceremony, the leaders of Kim Thi Real Estate JSC pledged to focus all resources to deploy and complete the project on schedule, ensure the quality of the project, and promptly put it into effective operation.
