11 subjects prosecuted for 'Disturbing public order'

Minh Chau Commune Police, Nghe An Province has just prosecuted 11 subjects for "Disturbing public order". These subjects were part of a group of 13 subjects carrying many dangerous weapons who had arranged to meet to resolve a conflict and were previously arrested by the police force.

Through the work of grasping the situation, Minh Chau Commune Police determined that recently, there have been 2 groups of young people, including 13 subjects aged 15 - 22, residing in the area and neighboring localities, showing signs of conflict and challenging each other on the internet... The Commune Police quickly reviewed, made a list and monitored the subjects to proactively come up with plans to fight and handle them.

At about 9:00 p.m. on August 22, 2025, upon receiving information that two groups of subjects had made an appointment to "resolve a conflict", using swords, beer bottles, bricks and stones... to chase and fight each other, Minh Chau Commune Police mobilized 100% of their forces to co-chair with the local team of the Office of the Provincial Police Investigation Agency to successfully surround and suppress the two groups of subjects mentioned above. The seized exhibits included: 5 motorbikes, 3 swords, 1 pepper spray, 2 iron pipes, 4 wooden sticks, a number of beer bottles, bricks and stones...

After completing the relevant records and documents, on August 27, 2025, Minh Chau Commune Police prosecuted 11 subjects for the act of "Disturbing public order". Currently, the case is continuing to be investigated and handled according to the law.
