Prosecuted 2 sisters for humiliating others on social networks
On November 16, Thanh Xuan District Police (Hanoi) announced that they had initiated a case and prosecuted two sisters, Hoang Phuong Anh and Hoang Mai Anh (both born in 1994, in Hanoi) for the act of humiliating others.
Police determined that Phuong Anh and Ms. M (in Hanoi) were relatives and often confided in each other about their lives and private lives.
However, after that, conflicts arose between Ms. M's family and Phuong Anh's, leading to frequent quarrels and heated arguments.

Phuong Anh criticized and judged Ms. M's private life. Although the two families met and agreed to end the argument, both sides still posted ambiguous posts about each other on social media.
On June 12, the family and Ms. M. went to Phuong Anh's house to talk, but there was a conflict. Phuong Anh used her personal Facebook to livestream the whole story related to her private life, posting Ms. M.'s image along with words that judged and insulted her dignity and honor.
Not only that, Phuong Anh also called on the online community to stay away from Ms. M and her family.
During the live broadcast, in addition to Hoang Phuong Anh, Hoang Mai Anh also supported Phuong Anh in finding images and sharing her posts.
