Prosecuted 3 teachers for collecting driving training fees in excess of regulations
Three driving instructors of Bac Kan Transport, Service and Construction Joint Stock Company were prosecuted for charging higher fees for B2 driving lessons than the prescribed level.

The defendants include: Ly Ngoc Thanh (born in 1983), Chu Van Huynh (born in 1975), all living in Na Nang village, Nong Thuong commune, Bac Kan city and Nguyen Khac Hung (born in 1964, living in Nga Ba street, Phu Thong town, Bach Thong district, Bac Kan province).
The police agency determined that in 2022, under the direction of Hoang Van Linh (Director of Bac Kan Transport, Service and Construction Joint Stock Company), Ly Ngoc Thanh, Chu Van Huynh and Nguyen Khac Hung, driving instructors of Bac Kan Transport, Service and Construction Joint Stock Company, collected training fees for class B2, course K46, from students in the amount of 14 million VND, 10.6 million VND higher than the regulation.
Previously, Bac Kan Provincial Police issued a decision to prosecute and temporarily detain Hoang Van Linh and Cao Sinh Sau (former Head of the Company's Training Department) for the crime of "Abusing position and power while performing official duties".
