Previously, receiving information from the people, Nam Dan District Police deployed forces to catch 7 subjects gambling by shaking dice at the house of Phan Van Mien (born in 1967) in My Thien hamlet, Nam Cat commune.

Evidence seized at the scene included 23.3 million VND, 1 set of dishes and 2 dice, 7 mobile phones, and some related evidence. It is known that the subjects residing in Nam Cat commune, Nam Dan district do not have stable jobs, some of them have criminal records and often gather at Phan Van Mien's house to gamble.
Currently, Nam Dan District Police are investigating and expanding the case./.
