Prosecution and arrest of young man addicted to sex clips, three consecutive days of molesting two young children

The Investigation Police Agency of Do Luong District Police said that the unit has just initiated a case, prosecuted the accused, and issued a 3-month detention order for Nguyen Dinh Tu (born in 1993, residing in Hamlet 2, Tru Son Commune, Do Luong District) to investigate the act of indecent assault on a person under 16 years old.
The police agency determined that during the end of June 2019, Nguyen Dinh Tu directly and proactively approached and abused two siblings, HK (12 years old) and D.D (10 years old, residing in Tru Son commune, Do Luong district) three times.

On June 24, 2019, Tu rode a motorbike to Dai Son commune to look for bird nests. When he saw 7 children bathing in a ditch, he approached them, got acquainted, played games, and introduced himself as Nam.
After bathing, Tu invited HK and D.D to another girl's house, lay on a hammock, and used his phone to open a sex movie for them to watch. The next day, Tu continued to invite HK and D.D to bathe and open a sex movie to watch. Here, Tu used his hand to touch and squeeze the private parts of HK and D.D.
Two days later, Tu continued to come to the house to take the two children to bathe and sexually assaulted HK and D.D. Tu's depraved behavior was discovered by the children's family and reported to the Do Luong District Police.
Investigators from Do Luong District Police said that Tu's daily habits were to visit pornographic websites to watch pornographic movies, get the phone numbers of prostitutes on the Internet, then call and text to tease them to satisfy his sexual desires.
