Prosecution and temporary detention of Kha "banh" and 4 subjects

Colonel Nguyen Van Long, Director of Bac Ninh Provincial Police, said: Currently, the police agency has issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and temporarily detain Ngo Ba Kha (born in 1993, in Tu Son, Bac Ninh, also known as Kha "banh").

Four other subjects were also prosecuted, including: Trinh Huu Quy (aka Quy "phoenix", born in 1992, residing in Tien Du district, Bac Ninh); Nguyen Van Quang (born in 1987, registered in Tam Son, Tu Son town); Nguyen Huu Hoi (born in 1989, registered in Tu Son town); Ngo Luong An (born in 1985, registered in Tien Du district).

Previously, on the evening of April 1, the authorities arrested Ngo Ba Kha and related subjects. It is known that Kha "banh" has 3 previous convictions, including intentional injury in 2014 and public disorder in 2016. When he was under 18 years old, Kha was sent to a reform school.

Recently, Kha "banh" has emerged as a phenomenon on social networks but with unflattering images. There are many clips describing the debauchery of this character and many young people.

Previously, at the police station, Kha "banh" confessed that he realized his mistake. Talking about betting, Kha "banh" confessed: "My income is enough to cover my family's expenses. I just built a house for my mother a month ago. During the time I was building the house, I also thought about doing this to earn some extra money to build the house. I realized that I was wrong, thinking too shallowly. I didn't think that doing so would affect me."

Talking about his mother, Kha "banh" cried: "I think about my mother. I'm the only one left. If I go, my mother will be very sad. When I think about my family, this happens. It's really bad luck for me."

The incident is still under investigation.
