Prosecution of biological father and stepmother for abusing 10-year-old boy
Cau Giay District Police, Hanoi, has decided to prosecute a father and stepmother for child abuse in Nghia Do Ward.
On the morning of December 11, Cau Giay Police (Hanoi) announced that the unit has just decided to prosecute the case and prosecute Tran Hoai Nam (born 1983, in Nghia Do) and Pham Thi Tu Trinh (born 1983, in Ba Ria Vung Tau) for the crime of "Abusing or torturing grandparents, parents, spouses, children, grandchildren, and people who have raised you" according to Article 151 of the Penal Code.
Tran Hoai Nam was detained for 2 months. As for Pham Thi Tu Trinh, the investigation agency released her on bail but prohibited her from leaving her place of residence or leaving the country to serve the investigation.

As reported, the Police Investigation Agency has clarified that Tran Hoai Nam regularly beat his child, K. Unable to bear the beatings, K ran away and found his way back to his grandparents' house.
The child was taken to the doctor, the results showed that K had many cracked ribs and many injuries to the head and face.
It is known that TGK is currently living with his biological mother.
Previously, in an interview with reporters, Ms. N. (K.'s biological mother) said that she had wanted to see her child many times but was unable to because her ex-husband tried to move the house and did not create favorable conditions. Ms. N. filed a petition to prosecute those who had tortured her child and requested strict punishment according to the law./.
