Prosecution of biological father and stepmother for abusing 10-year-old boy

Cau Giay District Police, Hanoi has decided to prosecute a father and stepmother for child abuse in Nghia Do ward.

Tran Hoai Nam was arrested and detained for 2 months. As for Pham Thi Tu Trinh, the investigation agency released her on bail but prohibited her from leaving her place of residence or leaving the country to serve the investigation.

The child was taken to the doctor, the results showed that K had many cracked ribs and many injuries on his head and face.
