Prosecution of thief who sneaked into house and stole all the money and gold of the homeowner
(Baonghean.vn) - Taking advantage of the time when no one was around, Luong May Hieu, born in 2005, residing in Noong De village, Nam Can commune, Ky Son, sneaked into Nguyen Thi Thuong's house through the ventilation pipe and stole 10 taels of gold, 2 necklaces and 4 million VND.
According to investigation documents, at around 8:00 a.m. on December 2, Luong May Hieu went from his house to the house of Nguyen Thi Thuong (living in the same village) to steal property.
After looking around and seeing no one, Hieu used a hammer that he had prepared in advance to break the bathroom ventilation pipe and then crawled inside to steal 10 taels of gold, 2 necklaces and 4 million VND.

After stealing the above assets, Hieu went to gold shops in Muong Xen town to sell them for personal use.
The value of the stolen property of Luong May Hieu is estimated at over 66 million VND. On December 22, Ky Son District Police initiated a criminal case and prosecuted Luong May Hieu for investigation of the crime of “Theft of property” under Clause 2, Article 173 of the Penal Code.
