Prosecution of murderer for inviting someone to drink

(Baonghean.vn) - Mr. Phan Ngoc Thanh, Deputy Chief of Hung Nguyen District Police (Nghe An) said that today, March 8, the unit has initiated a case and temporarily detained Le Chi Ha (born 1980), residing in Hung Long Commune, Hung Nguyen District, for the crime of Murder.

According to the investigation agency, on the night of February 27, Le Chi Ha and Nguyen Quoc Thanh (born in 1969), who lives in the same commune as Hung Long, attended the wedding of the daughter of Mr. Nguyen Van Quynh, who lives in the same commune. At the wedding, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thanh poured a glass of wine and invited Le Chi Ha to drink, but Ha refused. The two sides argued, Thanh punched Ha several times in the face.

Angry at being attacked, Le Chi Ha returned home with a 25cm long knife and returned to the wedding to repeatedly attack Nguyen Quoc Thanh. As a result, Thanh was stabbed 6 times. Although he was taken to a hospital in Hanoi for treatment, he died on March 1. The conclusion of the forensic agency was that the victim Thanh died from a ruptured aorta.

The perpetrator Le Chi Ha was arrested the same night he committed the crime. It is known that Ha was working at a media company in Hanoi and committed the murder while returning home for Tet.
