Prosecution of subject who repeatedly had 'relations' with a child over 12 years old
After getting to know the 12-year-old girl through social media and falling in love, Hoa took her to motels many times to "do adult things".
On August 21, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Procuracy approved the decision to prosecute and issue an order to temporarily detain Kieu Thanh Hoa (born 2001, residing in Thanh Nhat Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City) to investigate the crime of "Raping a person under 16 years old".
Initial investigation results show that around mid-July 2023, through social networks, Hoa met H. (born in 2011, victim's name has been changed). After that, both sides developed feelings for each other.
On the evening of August 3, Hoa took H. out. Afterwards, H. said "I don't want to go home." At this point, Hoa took H. to a motel and had sex with her. After that, Hoa had sex with H. many times.
On the evening of August 15, Hoa continued to take H. out for a walk, but was discovered by her parents, who took their daughter to the Tan Hoa ward police station to report the incident.
Initial investigation results showed that Hoa had sexual intercourse with H. 7 times when she was only 12 years and 3 months old.
