Prosecution of maid for torturing 90-year-old woman

According to the authorities, Van was a maid for a family that ran an animal feed business in An Ninh 1 hamlet, Ke Sach town. About half a year ago, while taking care of an elderly woman over 90 years old, Van stuffed food into her mouth and dragged her, lifted her up, and then pushed her down on the bed.
The old lady’s relatives filmed Van torturing the victim. When the old lady passed away, the clip was posted on Facebook, causing outrage among many people.
During the investigation, Ke Sach District Police determined that Van's behavior violated the law and prosecuted the defendant for handling according to the law.
