Prosecution of woman who tricked and sold her sister to China
(Baonghean.vn) - Hoa repeatedly came to persuade Ph. to go to China where he would have a rich life and his parents at home would have money to spend. When he got there, Ph. realized he had been tricked.
On January 6, the Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District Police announced that the unit had issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute the accused Cut Thi Hoa (born in 1988, residing in Chieu Luu Commune, Ky Son District) for the crime of Human Trafficking.
Because Hoa is currently raising a child under 36 months old, the Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District Police did not apply temporary detention measures but released her on bail and prohibited her from leaving her place of residence.

In February 2016, with the trick of "going to China will have a rich life and will be paid 120 million VND", Cut Thi Hoa tricked Ms. Pit Thi Ph. (born in 1998), who lives in the same village, into agreeing to go to China.
About 5 days later, Cut Thi Hoa hired a car to pick up Pit Thi Ph. to the town center to catch a bus to Vinh city. When they arrived at Khe Tang village, Chieu Luu commune, they were discovered by the Chieu Luu commune police, brought home, warned, and assigned to relatives on both sides to manage and educate.
However, Cut Thi Hoa continued to sweet talk Ph. to go to China. Hoa called Ph. and said: "Now we have to go separately, if we go together we will be discovered and we cannot go, so you take the bus to Vinh city by yourself and I will pick you up at Vinh bus station."
After discussing and agreeing, about a week later, the two carried out the plan. Cut Thi Hoa picked up Pit Thi Ph. at Vinh bus station and then the two took a bus to Mong Cai bus station, Quang Ninh province, where Cut Thi Hoa's Chinese husband picked her up and took her to the other side of the border.
After that, the three went to the house of Cut Thi Hoa and her husband. There, Cut Thi Hoa sold Pit Thi Ph. to a Chinese man as his wife for 60,000 yuan (180 million VND). Cut Thi Hoa sent 38,000 yuan (114 million VND) to Ph.'s family, and spent the rest on personal expenses.
After being married for about 5 months, Ph. was forced to do hard labor by her husband's family and was often abused. She felt bitter and regretful. Taking advantage of her husband's family's negligence, Ph. ran away and went to work as a factory worker in China.
Fortunately, at the end of 2018, with the help of a group of Vietnamese people, Ph. escaped back to his hometown in Ky Son and filed a complaint with the district police about Cut Thi Hoa's behavior.
