Prosecution of masked men who smashed cars and sprayed pepper spray at toll stations
The group used sticks to hit the car, and tried to pull down the driver's door to spray pepper spray into the car, causing panic among everyone inside.
On March 1, news from Phu Loc District Police (Thua Thien Hue Province) said that the unit has just issued a decision to prosecute 3 suspects in the case of "Intentionally damaging property" at Bac Hai Van Toll Station.
The Phu Loc District Police Department said that the three suspects prosecuted are: Doan Van Hieu (born in 1976, residing on Nguyen Van Cu Street, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City); Tran Van Phuc (born in 1995) and Nguyen Tuan (born in 1996, both residing in Hoa Hiep Bac Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City).
Currently, the Phu Loc District Police Investigation Agency has also banned these subjects from leaving their residence to serve the investigation.

Previously, on the afternoon of February 19, Phu Loc District Police (Thua Thien-Hue) issued a decision to prosecute the criminal case of "Intentionally damaging property" against a vehicle while traveling through Bac Hai Van Toll Station (Lang Co town, Phu Loc district).
As reported, at 12 noon on February 15, at this station appeared a vehicle with license plate 62C-068.4… moving into lane 2 and a vehicle with license plate 62C-125.7… moving to lane 3 from Hue to Da Nang and then stopped without buying a ticket.
While the two cars were stopped in two lanes of the Bac Hai Van toll station, a group of strangers appeared, wearing masks covering their faces and appearing drunk. The group assaulted and quarreled with the people in the two vehicles stopped at the toll station.
