Prosecution of a group of female population officers using fake certificates

Le Thuy District Police (Quang Binh) has just issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute 6 female officers of the District Population and Family Planning Center for the act of "Using fake seals and documents of agencies and organizations".

The group of people prosecuted include: Nguyen Thi Lan (born in 1985, residing in Truong Thuy commune); Vo Thi Huong (born in 1987, Duong Thuy commune); Nguyen Thi Huong (born in 1985, Mai Thuy commune); Le Thi Mung (born in 1965, Truong Thuy commune); Tran Thi Ngoc Khuyen (born in 1994, Truong Thuy commune) and Nguyen Thi Buong (born in 1983, Hong Thuy commune). All of them work at the Population - Family Planning Center of Le Thuy district.
Accordingly, during the period from 2013 to 2018, the above group of officials did not go to school but bought a certificate of "Training in population and family planning to meet civil servant standards" for an amount of 7.5 - 12 million VND.
This group of people used fake certificates to participate in civil service exams and all passed.
