Prosecution of a group of teenagers who squeezed cars and provoked traffic police
A group of teenagers on motorbikes swerved, swerved, and squeezed vehicles, provoking the Mobile Police force, and were prosecuted for "disturbing public order".
On the afternoon of November 24, Lang Son City Police (Lang Son Province) announced that they had initiated a case, prosecuted the accused and applied preventive measures to prohibit leaving their place of residence against Thi Van M. (16 years old), Vy Van H. (17 years old) and Luc Luong Vu A. (17 years old), all living in Quang Lac Commune, Lang Son City, for the act of "Disturbing public order".
Previously, on the evening of November 2, the three teenagers and Nguyen Lam Kh. (18 years old, in Lang Son City) made an appointment to ride a motorbike to Hung Vuong Street, Chi Lang Ward, Lang Son City to drink water and wait to participate in a race with others.
Thi Van M. drove a black Honda Wave motorbike carrying Luc Luong Vu A., while Vy Van H. drove a red Honda Wave motorbike carrying Nguyen Lam Kh. Neither motorbike had a rearview mirror.
At 10 p.m. the same day, when they saw a group of unfamiliar young men riding motorbikes at high speed, M., A., Kh., and H. drove their motorbikes to "join the group" and then swerved and swerved together.
This group was traveling on Hung Vuong Street when they saw the Mobile Police Force of Lang Son Provincial Police on duty there.
At this time, the teenagers did not stop but instead accelerated, swerved, swerved, and squeezed the vehicle, provoking the Mobile Police force.
When summoned by the police, Thi Van M., Vy Van H. and Luc Luong Vu A. admitted their violations.
Currently, Nguyen Lam Kh. is absent from the locality, so the authorities are continuing to verify and search for him to handle him according to the provisions of the law.
