Driver prosecuted for driving straight into a group of people warming themselves on the sidewalk
Driver Tuan was prosecuted by the authorities of Ha Long City, Quang Ninh after driving his car straight into a group of people who were lighting a fire to keep warm on the sidewalk.
On February 4, Ha Long City Police, Quang Ninh announced that they had just issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute driver Nguyen Van Tuan (born in 1980, residing in Zone 4, Gieng Day Ward, Ha Long City).
Driver Tuan drove his car with license plate 14A-299.59 into a group of people warming themselves on the sidewalk in Hung Thang Ward, Ha Long City on January 16. The incident injured five people.

Previously, at 11:40 a.m. on January 16, at the bypass area of Group 1A, Zone 1, Hung Thang Ward, due to a dispute over a parking space, driver Tuan drove his car with license plate 14A-299.59 into 5 people sitting on the sidewalk lighting a fire to keep warm. As a result, 5 people were injured.
Immediately after the incident, driver Tuan left the car and fled the scene. All 5 injured people had to be taken to Bai Chay Hospital for emergency treatment.
