Prosecuted local man who violated traffic laws and also cursed and assaulted police

On November 13, 2019, the Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District Police has just issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute the accused Lu Kham Huong (born1987), residing in Hoa Son village, Ta Ca commune, Ky Son district, for the crime of "resisting a person on official duty" under the provisions of Article 330 of the Penal Code.

Accordingly, at about 4:20 p.m. on November 7, 2019, while patrolling and controlling the inter-commune road area in Hoa Son village, Ta Ca commune, Ky Son district, the Traffic Police working group of Ky Son district police discovered that the motorbike with license plate number 37K1-076.27 driven by Lu Kham Huong did not have a rearview mirror, so they stopped the vehicle for inspection.
After checking, it was determined that Lu Kham Huong did not have a driver's license and that her alcohol level exceeded the prescribed limit (0.672 mg/liter of breath). The task force proceeded to draw up a record of administrative violations. Huong did not cooperate, but also obstructed the task force from performing its duties, cursing, threatening, and even knocking down a police officer on duty.
At the investigation agency, Lu Kham Huong initially admitted his violations.
The case is under investigation according to regulations.
