According to the leader of Vinh Phuc Provincial Police, currently, professional units are continuing to investigate to find the subjects who distributed the above clips.

"Vinh Phuc Provincial Police are coordinating with the Department of Cyber ​​Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (Ministry of Public Security) to track down the subjects. The case is still being investigated to clarify the subjects' motives for distributing the above clips," Colonel Khoa added.
