Prosecution of case related to 'hot' clip allegedly at Sunny bar
The results of the examination show that all the "hot" clips circulating on social networks did not take place at Sunny bar (Phuc Yen city).
Colonel Dinh Ngoc Khoa - Director of Vinh Phuc Provincial Police confirmed that the police agency has issued a decision to prosecute the case of disseminating obscene cultural products under Article 326 of the Penal Code, related to the "hot" clips said to be at Sunny bar.
"Immediately after receiving the results of the appraisal of all clips and images circulated onsocial network"It was not at Sunny bar and the content of the clips constitutes the crime of distributing obscene cultural products, so we have decided to prosecute the above case," said Colonel Khoa.
According to the leader of Vinh Phuc Provincial Police, currently, professional units are continuing to investigate to find the subjects who distributed the above clips.
"Vinh Phuc Provincial Police are coordinating with the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (Ministry of Public Security) to track down the subjects. The case is still being investigated to clarify the subjects' motives for distributing the above clips," Colonel Khoa added.

Previously, clips were circulating on social media showing young people having a wild time in a bar. According to the content, the clip was filmed in Sunny Bar - where Covid-19 cases have spread to many districts of Vinh Phuc province.
Previously, on May 4, the Finance and Planning Department of Phuc Yen City issued a document revoking the business registration certificate of Mr. Vu Tien Thanh - owner of Sunny bar.
