Prosecution of murder of colleague at motorbike shop
During the investigation, the police determined that Pham Van Doan had acted in a violent and inhumane manner, with sufficient legal grounds to prosecute him for murder and robbery and temporarily detain him, awaiting trial before the law.
On October 1, the leader of Hoang Mai District Police (Hanoi) said that they had initiated a case, prosecuted the accused and temporarily detained Pham Van Doan (born in 1992, from Que Vo, Bac Ninh) for the crimes of Murder and Robbery.

Police identified Pham Van Doan as the one who used scissors to stab to death Tran Van H. (born in 1985, in My Tien, My Loc, Nam Dinh), a colleague working at Doan's auto repair shop.
Doan then stole a motorbike to sell. While patrolling the area, at around 4:30 a.m. on September 18, the police arrested Doan while he was hiding in Hoang Mai district.
When arrested, Pham Van Doan confessed that during his work, he was often cursed at, leading to stress and pressure. On September 17, when he woke up and saw Mr. H. sleeping, Doan used scissors to stab the victim, causing him to die on the spot.

Previously, at around 9:00 a.m. on September 17, people discovered a dead person at a motorbike repair shop on Truong Dinh Street and immediately reported it to the authorities.
The police have conducted a crime scene investigation and autopsy, and taken the victim's body to the designated place to serve the investigation and clarify the case.
