At the above time, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung, about 70 years old, residing in Hamlet 6, Quynh My Commune, was cycling home when she collided with a motorbike with license plate 37L1-35815. The motorbike was driven by 3 young men from Tuan to Cau Giat. The collision caused the bicycle to fly out onto the road, Ms. Nhung broke her arm and suffered multiple injuries.

Upon receiving the news, the police arrived to resolve the incident and asked the young men on motorbikes to return to the police station for processing. However, while people were taking Ms. Nhung to the emergency room, the uncooperative subjects attacked the police. Seeing this, the people restrained all three people and put them in the ambulance.
It is known that the 3 young men above all live in Hamlet 9, Quynh Thach Commune (Quynh Luu), and have just returned from attending a wedding in Ngoc Son Commune. The case is currently being clarified by the police.
