At around 9:00 a.m. on November 18, a fire broke out at a factory belonging to Green Service Joint Stock Company, located in Area C, Nam Cam Industrial Park, Nghi Quang Commune, Nghi Loc District.
Upon receiving the news, the Provincial Police Department of Fire Prevention and Rescue directed Fire Prevention and Rescue Teams No. 1, No. 2 and No. 8 to mobilize 5 fire trucks and 30 officers and soldiers to quickly arrive at the scene to put out the fire.
The area where the fire broke out was a factory under construction, made of steel frame and corrugated iron roof. There were many flammable materials such as waste paper and plastic bags underneath, so a lot of smoke rose, covering the entire factory area.
After arriving at the scene, the CC&CNCH Teams quickly deployed forces and fire fighting equipment. The fire has now been controlled, preventing the risk of fire spreading to neighboring areas.
The fire caused no human casualties.
Currently, the cause is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
